Location The industrial and commercial port Lazaro Cardenas is a leading international maritime access in the Mexican Pacific. The excellent position of the Port of Lazaro Cardenas favors access to the nations of the Pacific Rim and allowed to participate in international maritime transport chains more developed.
The geographic location of the Port of Lazaro Cardenas is in 17Æ54'58 "north latitude and 102Æ10'22" west longitude in the Pacific coast of Mexico, in the limit between states of Michoacán and Guerrero. The geographic location of the Port of Lazaro Cardenas is a productive area also known as micro region River Balsas delta, where there is an intense port activity, commercial and industrial, which also has an attractive marina only 45 minutes, the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo; ports that make up an ideal combination for business and leisure.
